Spectrum provides general electrical contracting services to clients involved in almost every area of commercial activity ranging from manufacturing and retailing through public utilities to defence. In addition, the Company has extensive experience of all forms of electrical engineering including:
Design, Consultancy and Installation of Commercial and Industrial Electrical Service Installations. The company offers a full Electrical Services Design and Consultancy service, together with a full Electrical Installation service for all Commercial and Industrial projects. These services can be offered as a total package or separate as required by the customer
Design and installation of fire detection and extinguishing systems. The Company designs, supplies and commissions appropriate manual or intelligent alarm systems together with automatic extinguishing systems.
Installation and commissioning of mechanical services control systems. The Company has considerable experience in the interconnection of mechanical services and controls incorporating both power and control wiring. We also have in-depth knowledge of the equipment produced by all major manufacturers.
Routine maintenance and servicing. To complement its comprehensive contracting and electrical engineering services, the Company's Maintenance and Servicing Division deals with all aspects of routine maintenance and provides clients with an emergency breakdown service.

Comprehensive in-house design and technical documentation. Working from clients' original concepts and, where necessary in conjunction with their other professional advisers, we prepare full working drawings and specifications using the latest computer design packages as appropriate.

- BS7671 Cable design and installation programs
- Computerised software estimating
